  They made the day all about my dog, not about the process and scheduling. Pay up front and then focus on things that matter. People here are incredibly sensitive. They have been there, and they know how to give sympathy without sounding trite. Also, the package you pick up after is AMAZING.

  What a wonderful service. I'm so very grateful for Austin Pet Memorial. They came and picked up my sweet kitty boy, Ben's body and we're so compassionate and caring. I was assured by the owner over the phone and then again as well by the kind people who picked up my baby, that they only cremate one animal at a time so there is no chance of getting another animal's ashes. The ashes were ready the next day and I went to pick them up at their center in Buda. They are in a beautiful wooden box. They also took some of his fur and paw prints on a clay plate. Thank you for your wonderful service. God bless you.

  Thank you for treating my sweet princess Gi like the princess she was. You had so much compassion for my husband and myself. I can't say enough kind words for the staff and how nice they treated us during the loss of our baby. God bless you all and the service you provide!

  I cannot say enough good things about the folks at Austin Pet Memorial Center. These are some of the most genuinely caring and compassionate people you will ever meet and when it comes to the loss of a pet, the staff at Austin Pet Memorial Center are a Godsend. Loosing a pet is a horribly sad situation and their staff makes sure that no only you are cared for but that your pet is treated with the utmost compassion and dignity.
  
  These are not salesmen. They will not make you feel like you need to buy unnecessary things or receive services beyond what you feel is right for your pet and your family. They answered my call on the first ring and were able to help immediately. My pet was returned to me in less than 24 hours. I absolutely recommend contacting these folks to help with Pet Memorial Services.
